1.- What's the cancelation policy?

7 days prior to your reservation date, during normal dates. 15 days during festive dates.
20% retention for cancelation on time, total loss for calcelation after deadline.

2.- Do you have horseback rides?

Horseback rides are temporarily out of service.

3.- Accept card payments?

Yes, credit or debit card, Visa or MasteCard

4.- Do you accept pets?

Yes, we are pet friendly. We do require pets be on a leash at all times, must be friendly and droppings must be picked up. The swimming pool area is the only place where pets are not allowed.

5.- Are the rates seasonal?

Our rates are the same throughout the year, subject to change without notice.

6.- Are motorcycles or ATV's allowed?

No motorcycles (dirt bikes), atv's, or buggies.

7.- Is WiFi available?

Yes, we offer free WiFi in our recreation room

8.- Are Fireworks Allowed?

No, due to the high risk of fire.

9.- What age children pay?

Up 7 years 

10.- Do you offer special rates for larger groups?

We offer discounts to larger groups of over 70 people

11.- Hour check in and check out?

Check-in 1:00p.m. / Check-out 11:00a.m.
Ask about late check-out, subject to availability.

12.- Is there a Minimum nightly stay?

Yes, during peak season and Holidays, minimun of 2 nights in cabin rentals only.

13.- Are campfires allowed?

Yes, we also offer firewood in our store
